If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Below is our detailed Refund and Returns Policy. 1. Return Eligibility

You are eligible to return your items if:

  • The return is initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product is in new, unused condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, with any included accessories (e.g., jewelry boxes, pouches, or certificates of authenticity).
  • You have proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice.

Non-returnable items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and customized jewelry (such as engraved or personalized pieces) are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  3. Prepare Your Return Package: Pack your items securely in their original packaging, including any tags, certificates, or accessories that were included in the original shipment. Ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the return package.

  4. Ship the Item: Ship your return item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or mistake made by us.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect the condition of the jewelry and process your refund. Refunds are issued according to the following guidelines:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal). Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Refund Amount: If your return meets all the eligibility requirements, you will receive a full refund for the price of the item(s) purchased. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

  • Restocking Fees: In some cases, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the original purchase price, especially for items that were returned in damaged condition or outside the eligible return period. This will be communicated to you in advance.

  • Funtopis Covers Return Shipping: If the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for returns that qualify under these conditions.


7. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that were charged at the time of delivery will not be refunded by Funtopis. We strongly recommend that international customers use a tracked shipping method for returns.


8. Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for the processing and inspection of your item(s). If approved, we will process your refund or exchange, and you will receive an email notification with the updated status.


9. Exceptions

The following conditions are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Items that have been altered, resized, or engraved after purchase.
  • Custom or personalized jewelry, including engraved pieces.
  • Used or worn jewelry, including earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
