3. How to Initiate a Return

Ship the item back to the address we provide.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the error was on our side.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using your original payment method.

5. Exchanges
